Wheels belt in robotic arm tank not working good

Dear all,
after assembling robotic amr tank following all instructions,. the belts in wheels. I have a sense are something occurs and the robot can not forward, i tried alignment the wheels, but the issues continues. do you have the same issue?? Thanks!!

See the other thread about loosening the tension on the treads. The instructions out of the box caused the treads to be over tensioned on my mBot Ranger. I moved the idler wheels to the upper hole in the three vertical holes just behind the front crossbar and that fixed it for me.
