Hi,
The 2 rubber tracks provided with the ultimate kit, does not fit onto the wheels after assembling. Due to this the motion of the ultimate is affected and is not smooth.
Please suggest if these can be exchanged.

Hi,
I am using Ulltimate 2.0 and the rubber tracks that came with the kit, does not fit into the wheels.

It is no possible for you to attach the tracks to the wheels?
When I assemble the Ultimate, it takes me some effort to attach it to wheel either. You may try again since the track can be stretched.
When you put one side wheel to the track for start, make sure the wheel match the spacing in the middle of the track, then try to attach the track on the other side wheel.
Besides, please make sure you have assembled the wheels to the corret screw hole on the Mechanical part refer to the user guide carefully.
When the wheel is attached to the wrong hole on the mechanical part, the distance between the two wheels is different, then the track should be not able to attach to the wheel since the distance it too long.

I am still new to the ultimate 2.0 kit. Definitely check to make sure the motors are mounted int he right holes. I believe it should be in holes 3 and 4 on one side and 2 and 3 on the other side. hard to tell if that is where you have them in the pics. I also don’t think you need the rubber wheels on them like in 2 of your pics, but i see you don’t have them on in one pic. Also make sure you are using the correct length side beams. I haven’t built the arm robot yet, built the detecting on first but I believe the bases are the same. I used this video guide to build mine. Hope it helps.
