Ultimate 2.0 gripper design

I would like to ask regarding the design of your Ultimate gripper. The linkage breaks easily. This has happened to a lot of Ultimates we ordered. How are you going to fix this? Is there a new design coming up soon? Please advise. Thank you!

Sorry for the issue caused. May I know where and when did you purchase them?
Have you contacted the reseller?
And how many linkages broke?
If we have 3d print file, could you print by yourself?

We are partners of Makeblock Philippines. We are the accredited training partner of your Philippine branch. Most of our partner schools that have the Ultimate 2.0 encountered this problem with the gripper. The linkage is very brittle. We already replaced some of the broken linkages because Makeblock gave us replacements. However, if this keeps up, we might encounter future problems with our partners here who are using this type of robot.

By the way, the gripper is very important because the robot looks cool and advance when they assemble the robotic arm tank design. It was mentioned by Ms. Kate, your sales manager, that your engineering department is looking to modify the design.
