Trouble uploading

I have tried every thing i can manage and still cannot make my tank move. In the Arduino programe is says “uploading” for about a half hour then the error is programmer not responding. What up?

hi,@Augerdog,you need to choose the board on Arduin IDE,if BaseBoard,the board is Arduino Leonardo.then choose the serial port.
