The Return Policies and Customer service (Kits bought on Maker Faire New york)

Hi there,
I recently bought a Ultimate kit form the maker faire new york with which the motors was not working as it was supposed to work and i thought i am doing something wrong at first so i googled and i found out that the faulty motors was a known issue and so i sent a mail to the support@makeblock.cc and i got a reply form Overseas Customer Service Representative Cyndi Lai and after a couple of mails from her some one named Pioneer chen
he asked me to send a video and so i did and he came back and told that the wiring was wrong and he gave me some tips on how to operate the rover (only if the motors work) and after that he vanished no replies to my mails and he said he wanted to add me on skype and so i did. he was so generous to ask me what time i will be available and after that he vanished from skype too i could never see him online after that, in one of his mails he mentioned that returning a product is as easy as returning something in Walmart, Which forced me to write this in thread in this Forum, I seriously have some doubts about your customer service and return policies
1, Why is there no customer service phone number on your website
2, How do i return a product (Please don’t ask me to send a mail to support@makeblock.cc, as they specifically don’t provide any details about or where or how to send the products back)
3, It says i have to go to My account to see How can i return a product
( Returns and exchanges policy
1.You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2.You may return the defective or broken products within 90 days of delivery for repalcement. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.)

3,Well how will some one return a product who bought it in a Maker faire ( Mine i bought it in Maker faire New york)
4, I tried to do a purchase and still there is no where i see any options to cancel the order or anything that talks about the Refund Or Returns
5, Seriously How do i return a 450$ Value product…???

Sorry for your poor experience. I’m the one who was on Maker Faire New York. You got this ultimate on Maker Faire but not from our booth right? You must buy it from Makershed i suppose. Though you can contact us to solve this issue, but the priority should be Makershed. http://www.makershed.com/
When you bought this ultimate, you should have a receipt or some purchasing record, please contact them to ask for help, it would be much time-saving than we send replacement from China.
For your questions:

  1. we have phone number on website: http://www.makeblock.cc/about-us/, however, because of different timezone, i highly recommend you to livechat with our support people at our working time.
  2. it would be time-saving, if you can contact makershed to ask for return or refund. For anyothers who may concern the same issues, you can contact our top supporter - pioneer@makeblock.cc for IT issues or return/refund issues.
    The reason why you didn’t get respond recently because we just had a long-term national holiday from October 1st to 7th, please just google it.
