I made an order a couple of weeks back and the order says that “it’s waiting to be picked-up” in the status of the order. Can you tell me how long an order has to wait to be picked-up? Thanks for your answer.

not as urgent yet, but same with my order - #221 - it has been sitting “awaiting pickup” for about a day
It would be nice, if you guys could provide a list with the different states a order could have and their meaning (I’ve found nothing on the shop page).
My order (#205) is sitting on “Awaiting Fulfillment” for a week now. But money is already payed and all ordered items where on stock.
So, what is the actual meaning of “Awaiting Fulfillment”?

My order (#202) seems to be ‘stuck’ in ‘Awaiting fulfilment’ since 11th of September - already asked if it could be cancelled, but got no response.

My order is #153 and was made on Aug. 30th. On Sept. 5th I received an email that said “awaiting pickup”, and it’s still waiting there. I have made two different purchases from your area at two different times within this time frame and have received both of these purchases. Matter-of-fact I have purchased your materials from someone else and without a doubt would have received them two or three times by now and they are in your area. I thought that by buying straight from you that I would have received them even a little quicker and I couldn’t have been more wrong. Everything that I ordered was in stock so I dont’ understand the problem. Alice please take care of my order if you don’t mind and I thank you for your help.
Not entirely sure - but I heard somewhere there was some large chinese holiday going on - maybe the Makeblock office is empty right now?
Zephod I do believe you are right. I saw it on another website made mention of being off from the 17th to the 23rd or something like that. Heck my order was made way before that though, there was plenty of time to get it out before. They must party like they do where I from for Mardi Gras. They shut the whole month down to party here. Thanks for the reminder though.
My order arrived today (maybe a hour ago). So “Awaiting Fulfillment” means is on delivery?
Never the less, delivered as ordered with on little exception:
I ordered 2 packs of “Linear Motion Shaft 4x240mm” and I received something like “Fully Threaded Rod M4x240mm”. No action required, I can life with that very well but this is probably not in the best interesst of “Linear Motion”.
Thanks Leo for that heads-up, your order #205 should have came after my order #153 unless I ordered something that wasn’t in stock. I did have kind of a large order, but nothing that showed not being in stock or nothing out of the ordinary. It’s just no since in taking this long to ship an order.
What country did everybody order from? Without tracking numbers it is hard to see if the package might be delayed in customs (this often happens - electronics parts can look quite dangerous…)

I just got my electronics-upgrade package - this was supposed to be sent together with another box of parts, which is not here yet… Another chance on monday

Hi, I am so sorry for the late update, we sent all of the orders out, except the order with Strong Robot Gripper. Usually we send the packages to our cooperative shipping company, it will takes about 1-2 days for the cooperative shipping company to update the express tracking number. Then we could update the tracking number for you. We are trying to work with our cooperative shipping company to have the tracking number on time.
