MegaPi arrived misassembled?

Hi! It appears that my MegaPi arrived misassembled with my Ultimate 2.0 robot kit… Photo here. The red female header pins and yellow male header pins on ports 4 and 3 are switched… Super weird. The bluetooth module connected to my phone fine, and I could drive an encoder motor on port 1, but ports 3 and 4 are unusable. :frowning:

Whom should I contact to get a replacement board?
