Actually, my problem was I was connecting to mBot as a “CyberPi”, which was obviously the wrong firmware.

Once I added the “mBot” device, firmware update completed quickly and successfully:

Please follow these steps to figure out the problem,thank you.

  1. Confirm whether it is a USB cable update or a Bluetooth adapter update. The Bluetooth adapter cannot update the firmware. Please change the USB cable update test.
  2. Check whether the equipment (childlike innocence) in the software is correct.
  3. Change the web version of Hui programming software update test.
  4. Check whether the driver is installed successfully.
  5. Check whether the port selection is correct. When you select a port, do not Gou Xuan (all connected devices are displayed) to see if the port can be displayed.
    If the port is not displayed:

f the port is displayed, select the correct port to connect.
