mBlock bluetooth won't connect, encoder motors won't stop

Our Ultimate 2.0 Robot Arm tank was working just fine, using an ipad to control the robot. Then encoder motors 1 and 2 wouldn’t stop running. Number 3 is working fine.

  • Update - Downloaded the macOS driver (macOS High Sierra 10.13.4) and Updated Firmware and Reset Default Program. This didn’t solve the problem. Can control arm and clamp (number 3 and 4) ok with phone via bluetooth but number 1 and 2 motors run fast continuously in reverse when plugged in.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Hi 5kingaddress,
The reason is someone changed its form like self-balancing robot and then turn off the robot before changing it back to arm tank form. In this way, the robot will move once we power it on. To fix it, please turn on it, connect Bluetooth with Makeblock App, choose the correct form: arm tank, then it will stop and follow your command.

Looks like that did the trick. Thanks!
