Love the Ultimate 2.0 Kit - About the "Me Adapter" - S1/S2 ports

Hello,

Using the "Me Adapter" S1/S2 what actual pins are used in Arduino ino code to access the two ports.  Is it possible to provide a simple sample.  I fully understand that the SCL/SDA are provided, I just want to correlate the "Me Adapter"  pins to the physical "MegaPI" "Mega 2560", so I can know any limitations.
