Which version Ultiamte robot you have? Is it Ultimate Blue or Ultimate 2.0?

If it is Ultimate Bluetooth, normally you can control the robot arm through mobile APP after upgrade firmware for it with latest version mBlock 3.4.5.4. How to upgrade firmware for Orion Board.docx.zip (439.0 KB)

If it is Ultimate 2.0, you can reset default program for it and then you can control the robot arm with mobile APP either.How to reset default program for MegaPi.zip (363.1 KB)

Please kindly let me know your robot version and more details for the issue.
