We just got the mbot neo and aren’t able to connect it to an iPad. We have followed the various troubleshooting suggestions- updated firmware, updated app, checked location services are turned on on the iPad. What else can we try? Are we supposed to buy a Bluetooth dongle as well to get it to connect? That’s not stated anywhere in the directions.
