To better lock of your issue,pls share below information to this mail address:support@makeblock.com,we will help you fix your issue.
1.SN number which pasted on the back of laserbox
2.Go to setting-help-check for updating to check the software version and let me know the version name
3.Go to setting-Device-Firmware to let me know firmware version for your laserbox.
4.Can you tell me where did you purchase it?
5.Any abnormal behavior on your laserbox before occur this error?
