Error code

I recently ordered a Laserbox 40w and just got it in on 5/10/2022 and after finishing setting everything up and downloading the Laserbox software and driver, i powered it on and gave me a red light with the error code Qx08. i tried downloading the most recent firmware but it would stay loading and eventually say it was a failed update. I’ve been having issues trouble shooting and would really love to start using it soon. I hope this issue can be resolved
