Not sure if this is the right category but I was wondering how you’d program/code this thing. I’m really stumped right now and I can’t find any tutorials online.
Just the basics would be much appreciated like how you make the legs move, thanks.

No (hardly any) programming needed (see the bottom paragraph above) - just create a block to rotate each encoder slowly in each direction & perhaps use the mBlock 3 blocks extension to setup keyboard keys to activate these e.g.:
