Can't connect through bluetooth from mac

Hi, I have got similar issue like this post Bluetooth on mBot Ranger cannot be used unless connected to computer
so what exactly the solution?? my mac’s bluetooth just couldn’t discover the mbot ranger. similar happened to my makeblock app in my iphone XR.
I have tried both mblock3 and mblock5.

Hi dannyz,
Was it working before?
Even mobile App cannot connect Bluetooth? Maybe the Bluetooth is faulty.
How about the led light on the module?
Is your mBlock the latest version 5.1?
