Buzzer no sound

When I turn on mbot, the buzzer have no sound now, why?

also after connected to mblock software on PC, it also have no sound…strange…

Hi Shanemcmahon,

Please upgrade firmware for the mBot first, and then reset default program for it have a try.

Please check if the mBot can be controlled by the IR remote controller if there is still no buzzer beep.

thanks, actually I’ve done the upgrade firmware step once I installed the mblock, and tried reset default program, also my IR remote normal function not work (only my programmed function worked)

Hi Shanemcmahon,

You can upgrade firmware and then reset default program again have a check. Can you see the pop up message ‘upload finish’ after upgraded firmware and reset default program?
Please also check is there any led on mBot reflect when you press the button on IR remote controller after reset default program.
