Hello,
I’m fourteen years old and i’d like to know what’s the problem with my Ultimate robot.
When i put 6 batteries (1,5 V), it walks very slowly, can’t turn or turn just a little with difficulties.
My father and I are wondering if we should put a 9,6 V remote-controlled 's battery instead of the 6 1,5V batteries?
What do you think about it ?

Well, the Ultimate robot IS a little slow, from what I’ve seen, but it shouldn’t be slug speed 
Have you checked that everything is in place properly? All servos and sprockets intact?

I was not happy with the performance of six 1.5 volt alkaline AA cells. The robot was slow and turns were sometimes impossible. I removed the battery holder and installed one that takes 8 AA cells and bought AA NiMH batteries. The performance has been great using this system!
