My plotter is only moving in the x direction.
Both of my stepper drivers have red led lights on. Both are set to HHH (I am using mdraw).
The motor that moves in the x direction is functioning.
The motor that moves in the y direction appears to be on (when I touch it there is slight movement), but it isn’t moving the timing belt or axis. It is just wiggling it back and forth (less than a mm in linear distance).
How can I fix this?
Update: my plotter now moves in both directions. It does not draw the picture I tell it to, but it moves

Glad to hear that it moves.
If it doesn’t draw your picture, please double check if you assemble it and connect the wires all correctly.
You can test if the XY Plotter works by pressing the Home button and see if it goes back to Home position properly. If yes, the wire connections should be okay. You can let us know your original picture and how does the XY plotter work while drawing the picture.

Please follow the instruction from the e-mail I sent to you to check if the limit switches working properly. Then update firmware before drawing the picture.
