I bought this product and assembled everything correctly. However when I sent the sample files using Gremote, the drawing came out differently and very small as seen in the attached file. Please help ! Thank you.

I had similar problems with the v1.0 plotter kit. I solved them by tightening the belts (and the wheels that turn the belts!) and by providing it with 12V (instead of 9V with six AA batteries).

- We have update the software, please download it again.
https://github.com/Makeblock-official/XY-Plotter-2.0 - Please check the two screws which used to fix the pencil, make sure you have made them tight.
- Please refer to the A4988 wiki to adjust the DIP switches of two stepper drivers. It will help the plotter draw bigger pictures http://wiki.makeblock.cc/index.php?title=Me_Stepper_Driver#DIP_switch_setting_introduction
- Please refer to the advice of Mr @paulcobbaut, tightening the belts.
- Please check the “Setting” in Gremote.bat, it would be set as the picture below,
