What lubrication should be applied to the linear bearings, shafts, and rotary shaft ball-bearings? And how often? I appreciate that spraying aerosol lubricants over it would not be a wise thing, but I assume something like a PTFE-enhanced light lubricant would be a good thing for the bearings from time to time?
