XY Plotter CNC Router?

Hi;

Has anyone tried to fit in a hobby drill or a dremel flex shaft to use the plotter as a simple CNC Router?

I think the servo can be replaced with a more capable one or a small stepper to create a basic 3rd axis to do simple plywood routing.

Any ideas?

id like to do the same thing have been trying to figure it out for weeks with the original Arduino in the kit and haven’t had any luck. if you find something please share and let me know.
