XY Plotter 2.02 Draws GCODE Long Vertically, making the width about 2 mm

I put together the machine and worked out a few kinks, but no matter what type of drawing I throw at it (using the process you’ve outlined with InkScape + GCODETOOLS) even if it is a simple signature, it writes about 8 inches long, by 2 centimeters wide rendering it to look like a single line that was gone over and over again.

I’ve even tested my GCODE in OpenSCAM and it draws normally like it should by going through the letters. I’ve tried this with both mDraw (giving it an image, but that just is all over the place) and GCODE Parser.

Any ideas?

Make sure both of your stepper drivers are set to the same thing. My guess is that you have one of them inverted (ie: set to LLH instead of HHL)

I’ve seen an mDraw document that wants them set at HHH but the assembly manual says they should be HHL (for use with GRemote/GCodeParser/BenBox.)
