Wireless dongle?

I bought my daughter an mBot kit (wireless version) for a science project. We have no problem connecting mBlock using the USB cable or using the mBlock iPad app… but I cannot connect using wireless on my mac or my PC (windows 10).

Was there supposed to be a wireless dongle in the box or something? Like you get with a wireless mouse/keyboard?

My kits had dongles in them. You might also want to drop an email to support@makeblock.cc. Pioneer Chen is very helpful! :smile:

Are you sure you did not get the Bluetooth wireless version? That version does not come with a bluetooth dongle (at least my two didn’t). The 2.4g version should come with a dongle.
