Why two mbots work with the same 2.4 g wireless serial

I have two mbots and at the beginning each of them worked correctly, but now the two mbots work with the same 2.4 g Wireless serial and no longer work with the other 2.4 g.
What happened.

What is the LED status on the issued 2.4G wireless serial when you plug it on the mBot (powered on)?

If there is a Blue led keep slow flashing, this mode should be ok, then please pair this 2.4G module with its USB dongle again refer to following steps (please temporarily power off the other mBot when you pair the issued Bluetooth module):

  1. Press the button on 2.4G module, it will go into looking pairing mode (the light on the 2.4G module should be quick flash now).
  2. Plug its corresponding 2.4G USB adapter into the computer, then they will pair with each other automatically. When the light on 2.4G module stop flash, it means that they have paired successfully.

When 2.4G on one set of mBot has been paired successfully, please check if it works.

Hi, I’ve followed the steps, but it doesn´t work with one of the usb dongle, with the other usb dongle works properly. Could be the usb dongle damaged, and how could I check it.

Do you mean both 2.4G wireless serial module can be paired successfully with one of the 2.4G USB dongle and work properly. But both module can’t be paired with the other USB dongle successfully?

If yes, where and when did you buy the robots? Please kindly send the receipt to daisy@makeblock.com.

Yes, that is what is happening with my robots, but as I said, at first they worked well.

First of all I tell you that I have a programming and robotics workshop, and I bought the robots at Studica.com, I currently have fourteen robots with seven invoices, because I bought them in pairs. I bought the first robots on December 15, 2016 and the last on February 26, 2017. I don´t know which invoice belongs to each robot, because it doesn´t specify the serial number on the invoice, but I can send you the seven invoices.
