Why I cound not find "scratchapp" in the File->Example->makeblock of Arduino IDE

Dear Madam/Sir:
I have followed Makeblock for Scratch 2.0 from Wiki, after I get the latest version of Makeblock from https://github.com/Makeblock-official/Makeblock-Library/archive/master.zip and copy makeblock folder into the library directory of Arduino in step 2, but in step 3, I could not find"scratchapp" in the makeblock of example of Arduino IDE, I am not sure whether it does not exist in the latest version or anything I missed. Please give me you suggestion. Thanks for your help in advanced.
