I have purchased a subscription for Nextmaker (the monthly coding box by makeblock). Everything was fine until I got to Box 11: I didn’t receive the next and last box (Box 12).
I have contacted the makeblock support team by email, the help center, and the contact page on their website. The responses I have received have not been related to my questions. The only solution I can think of is to try contacting them here on the forum or purchasing the individual box I want. Any suggestions on where I could buy the individual box?
