What is battery mount parts?

#1

Last year I bought mbot ranger (Japan version). Among them there was a battery mount part not written in the manual. What is the use of this part?
(Because it was translated by google translation, there is a possibility that some are wrong.)
Thank you.

Can you post a picture of the part?

Correction
The parts are not necessarily battery mount parts. However, there are no parts in the manual.
First of all, it is a picture of 10 screws. We do not know thickness, length.

Next is a picture of a nut (20 pieces). This also does not know the thickness and length.

If I recall correctly, the screws/bolts, and nuts are M4 threads. You’d have to measure the length of the screws to get that dimension. I thought that they were either 10mm or 15mm in length, but you can easily measure that dimension. Hope this helps!

As a result of examination, it was found that the length of the screw was about 7 mm and the diameter was about 3 mm. And the diameter of the upper part of the screw was about 5 mm.
And I would be happy if you ask technical support about how to use this.

M3 screws are 3mm, M4 screws are 4mm. You can directly ask @tech_support for the particulars when they get back from the Chinese New Year celebrations in a couple of days.

I chose to use Velcro strips to secure the battery holder so that I didn’t have to constantly remove the board to change batteries.

How can I ask tech support questions?

Address them to @tech_support.

@dai5_jp
Are you sure the first also come from Ranger? Here is the Ranger part list, you may check:

The second one should be M4 nut.
When assemble battery holder, we use M4*8:

The first picture looks like M38 or M310, not included in Ranger package.

To do this, I firstly written the battery box mount parts in the topic title and the photos are not of ranger’s, but there are pictures of batteries containing six AA batteries. The sentence under it is written as “It is easier to install and remove the battery box by using the screws and nuts included in the package.” And at the bottom is written “Please see here for details:” and beside it, http: //learn.makeblock.com/en/ranger/
There was a link saying, but how do I create an account to use in the registration screen that comes out when I open this link?

The link should be http://learn.makeblock.com/en/ranger/
You may send Japanese to support@makeblock.com
