I ordered a week ago on xtool and got the initial email to confirm my address and have not heard anything since. I went on the website this morning to see who I could email and the price has dropped $1000 since I ordered. I sent an email to see if I could check on the shipping confirmation and get a refund of the difference but I am not really sure who I should be contacting.
