Verify mblock 5 on El Capitan

I downloaded the mblock 5 [package to my MacBook PRO running El Capitan IOS.
I can’t get the V5.0.0-RC package to verify.
I also downloaded the mblock 5 Beta 6 but it wouldn’t verify either.

Upgraded El Capitan and now can verify and install.
