Hello,
is it possible that with the update to 1.0.8 the USB-connection is fragile? The Laserbox doesn’t connect to my Laptop. I tried it again with another Laptop but same Issue. Fast help would be grate. Using the Laserbox for educational use and need to get back to work.

Hello Keogh, please uninstall your current version of Laserbox software, restart your computer and then download from:
Windows: http://laserbox.makeblock.com/software/latest/win
Mac: http://laserbox.makeblock.com/software/latest/mac
After this installation, please try to connect the Laserbox again. If the problem remains, please contact at support@makeblock.com
It is no Problem to to install the latest Version. Just in case I followed your instructions again but it didn’t change anything
Hi Keogh, sorry about that. Have you ever tried with Ethernet cable connection and Wi-Fi connection? We haven’t heard anything like that. If it’s OK to connect with other method, please try to find another USB cable and try. If the problem remains, please provide your SN code, page screenshot of the device information(setting-general-device) to support@makeblock.com , we will help you via email.
