Usb cable powers the bot?

When my mbot is connected to the pc with the USB cable, is it powered from/by the pc or it uses the batteries on the board?

Remove the batteries, you will be able to check the operation.

Done. instead of removing the battieries I have unplugged the cable that connect them to the mCore. It worked. Them i think the usb.cable transmit power.
