Unable to load Xtool projects

I have tried to load a couple of projects from the Xtool list of projects and it only loaded part of the projects, Trying to load the “Pine Cube Set” and it only loaded the single letter “a”. Nothing else loaded. Then I tried loading the “Annular Backflow Incense” burner and only got two circles, Nothing useable on either one. I will be trying to load some others, but would like to know what causes this issue.

I just tried the “Wooden Openwork Ornament” and it only loaded the top layer.

Hmm… Could you give some more info? I’mm not familiar with the software, where are you getting these project files?

Sorry, I am using Xtool Creative Space. On the right there are tabs, one of which says “Projects”. These are Xtool projects from Xtool.

OK, thanks… Have you changed any of the settings from their defaults, perhaps?

No. The defaults are the same.

Maybe this is a glitch (quite a common problem). Contact mBlock directly:


And they may be able to fix the bug (if it is one) or help you further.
Also, try any online versions of the xTool software (if there are any). In the meantime, I will research your issue more. If I don’t respond within 3 days, mention me as @Best_codes.
