Unable to Connect to During Create Mode

We have built the unicycle project. Bundles program doesn’t connect to airblock. IPAD/iOS, firmware updated 6/18.
Any ideas on what to try to problem solve? We can connect via bluetooth, but the Create/Design mode doesn’t seem to work.

What is the form you built up? Aircraft?
Failed to upload your self-design program?
Or could you please take a short video of the problem?
