Ultrasonic Sensor Fail

I have tried to get my sensor to work, just got it with my tank kit. Here are the results of one test on port 5. All available ports responded the same: Perhaps someone has seen this before.

Hi,
It looks like a cable isn’t fully connected? Or maybe it’s connected to the wrong port? I assume you’re using the MeDuino + shield?

That is what I thought but I tried it in all available ports 3-7 and was very careful to assure that it was plugged in all the way?

ok. and it’s fully seated in it’s socket on the sensor as well?
Are you using the new combined board or the MeDuino + shield combo?

Hi Loon,

I am not sure have you notice that the two side of the cable is different, one is 4 pin, and another side is 5 pin. Did you get the right cable in your tank kit? When you plug a 4 pin cable into baseboard or baseshield, it could cause this error.
