Two servos not working simultaneously - firmware issue

I have 2 servo 360 degrees and I’m trying to start them simultaneously but one starts and stops and the other walks normally. I found information about a firmware problem. But this is not confirmed. Can anyone help me? I use orion firmware.

By the way, make sure you have installed the Makeblock library.
