Trying to get setup

I’m following the guide to use scratch, however after uploading the firmware, I just get a buzzing sound. I turned off the switch, however i cannot get any program to run doing simple LED color change, or 7 segment display.

What am I doing wrong?

Btw. I just switched to a different USB port on the laptop, now its working. But the buzzer will not stop.

Re the buzzer, do you have the bluetooth or IR version? If Bluetooth, there are some other posts on the forum about bluetooth buzzing.

I believe there’s also a buzzer slider on the board itself too which I recall switching off in mine.

I’ve figured it out. The buzzer comes on when i put the MBlock (scratch IDE) firmware on it.

When I use Arduino to program, i can use the buzzerOn and buzzerOff functions to control.
