Hi,
You will need to provide the following information:
- Operating System
- Version of mBlock
It would be helpful to upload the screenshot because we cannot access your local hard drive. 
Generally speaking, you must have the mBot connected with the USB cable. The WiFi and Bluetooth modules do not have access to the avrdude programming on the mCore board.
You will also need to have the WCH341 driver installed for your operating system.
