We bought the temp & humidity sensor. All connected and set up in mBlock but my sensor doesn’t register anything. Connected to port 1 on mBot
Tried the sample code shown in one of the threads shown but did not work either
Any ideas of what I should do? My firmware is updated. I have an mBot.

Please upgrade firmware for mBot again refer to this document.1. How to Upgrade Firmware for mBot.docx.zip (690.6 KB)
Then please test the following program:
Make sure you have connected this sensor to Port 1 while test the above program.
Once still doesn’t work, please change the RJ25 cable between the sensor and mCore have a try.
