Syncronizing fail firmware cant identify

I just got a mbot ranger for my son, but while trying to connect to the app i just get the error message syncronizing firmware cant identify… I have tried to connect to my computer and update firmware seweral times. Any idea what i do wrong?

Hi, what is the APP you connected?

I beleave the problem was a damaged batery causing to low voltage.
