Support Email address not working (please answer)

Makeblock Support,

I have been trying to get missing parts for my Christmas present, the
Ultimate Robot Kit. However, the email tec-support@makeblock.cc does
not work. I have tried on three separate occasions over a 10 day period without success. My request under Ultimate Robot Kit for a working email was also not answered. Please
fix your email system so that I can send the email or provide me with a working email alternative. I need the missing parts.

Error Message:

The mail system tec-support@makeblock.cc: host mxbiz1.qq.com[184.105.206.58] said: 550 Mail
content denied.

I’ve been using the email address support@makeblock.cc to communicate with @pioneer.

Just to let you know the support email does not work either. I have sent a forum message to Pioneer with details of my missing parts. Let me know if you receive the message Pioneer. Thanks!

Running into the same problem when i email them as well. No reply for days.

According to the error Message from keithml(host mxbiz1.qq.com[184.105.206.58] said: 550 Mail content denied) , it seems the email was rejected as it is identified as spam/bulk email by the email service provider. You can try to send your email with another email account or edit your email content. If it still doesn’t work, you can send me a forum message, I’ll forward your message to our support team.
