Sumo bot help?

Hey guys,

I’m a STEM teacher, teaching Year 7 and 8’s. I wanted to run a session where I get my students programming our Mbots to Sumo wrestle using the line follower/ultrasonic sensors.

Currently, any upload I try results in the Mbot moving back and forward in a circle? Has anyone had any success doing this?

and copied the code, with the same result?

I’ve also noticed that some of the line follower code examples from https://www.mblock.cc/example/primary-line-patroling-program/ don’t seem to work…

Are our Mbots broken or is this a code issue?

Any help would be appreciated!

Please try below codes and see how it moves:

If it moves in a circle, please try to switch M1 and M2 connection. Then check again.
Please take a video of that for me to stephanie.wu@makeblock.com
