Hi all,
I bought a “Starter Robot Kit - Bluetooth Version”. I thought after building and wiring the Robot Tank that the first example is pre installed.
My first problem: in the manual is written to use port 5 for the bluetooth modul. But in Port 5 the blue light is not flashing. I connected to another port and the blue light of the bluetooth was flashing. I could connect with my Android app and also with my IPad. But there was no communikation between the app and the Tank.
Is the board ok if on port 5 the bluetooth light does not flash?
After that I did something stupid. I pressed the reset button. Did I cleanup the pre installed configuration?
I installed the software on my WIN 10 PC and chose “example,makeblock,makeblock-starterkit,bluetooth-control,car-control” and tried to upload. I got the error message:
This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
enabled in File > Preferences.
Arduino: 1.0.6 (Windows NT (unknown)), Board: "Arduino Uno"
CarControl.ino: In function ‘void loop()’:
CarControl:42: error: ‘class MeBluetooth’ has no member named 'paramAvailable’
CarControl:43: error: ‘class MeBluetooth’ has no member named 'getParamValue’
CarControl:44: error: ‘class MeBluetooth’ has no member named 'getParamValue’
CarControl:45: error: ‘class MeBluetooth’ has no member named 'getParamValue’
CarControl:46: error: ‘class MeBluetooth’ has no member named ‘getParamValue’
I also tried some other configuration, always the same. I tried firmware update. I got “error by compiling”.
It would be great if anybody could help me!
