I just assembled the starter kit, and when I turned it on, all it does is emit a loud tone, which I can only stop by turning off the buzzer switch.
The remote app on the phone or ipad doesn’t work. I tried uploading new firmware, but I can’t determine which firmware to use.
The help in the forums is barely understandable, there is no one place I have been able to find instructions to reset my board at all.
This is a common frustration people have. There’s posts on the forum where people have solved this issue.
@jackbrown do you recall the process for updating the BT firmware? Sounds like we need a summary post for all the people starting off on how to update their firmware. Any suggestions?
I disconnected the Bluetooth, trying to update with a USB cable, If I could just figure out a way to get it to move forward, turn, then move backward, I’d be able to figure out the rest.
