Starter bluetooth module

I can not upload any new material to the starter kit robot. If i click upload is cuts me off and tells me to disconnect the bluetooth module but its doesnt have a bluetooth module connected

Good evening~
Please plug out and in the USB cable from Starter, then try again.
And make sure you have the correct board “Orion”;
