If the job is long enough for the Mac to enter into sleep mode, there will be a problem. The servos will stop but the laser will keep on. This happened to me in gcode.
Installed caffeine to see if that helps.
One more thing mLaser should do: prevent MacBook entering into sleep mode (even if plugged) while the Laserbot is working.

Hi Holyholo,
mLaser cannot prevent PC entering into sleep mode if the PC was set up so. I am afraid none software has this feature.
To engrave a long work with LaserBot, you may cancel sleep mode setting on the Mac. Or you can search on line is there any setting that can keep software running without stop when PC enters into energy-saving mode.
