Servo Ms-12A not working with Arduino

Hello,
I have been trying to run up a servo motor with a Arduino board, the problem is that the Code in the old library is not working but it works for RGB blinking application, However, I checked out the new version, again it does not work, anyone can help me how to properly code the process?
