Save to mBlock account not working

Greetings. It seems that when I try to save my project, it says “Save failed. You can download the project to your computer”. I also tried to save it on my computer and the same error appears.

Thank you for your feedback,we suggest you update your mBlock to latest version and check your USB cable once again,and Could you tell us your PC or OS version?please advise.

So you are signed in to your mBlock account on mBlock 5? I have had this error, and it is normally a result of account issues. Try signing out and signing back in, or restarting mBlock. (Save your project to your device first!!) @CodingSalmon
