Robot tank starter kit just stopped

Hi, my Robot Tank starter kit has just stopped moving in all directions, the motors don’t seem to be turning, it has power but nothing works.
Is there a way to reset to “Factory Settings”?

Yes you have to hook it up to your computer you can install firmware using mblock. when editing in arduino and provided you installed the libraries you can go to sketches libraries makeblock starter en select for instance the ir_ultrasonic to get ir working again and so on.
