Robot starter kit v2 problem

I buy last week a starter kit v2 in Spaign.
I complete the assembly of tank, follow all your online instruction note but i have a problem.
When i switch on the robot, only goes back and forward automatically for about 1 meter.
It’s seem that IR (on port 6) and US sensor (on port 3) don’t function or don’t have influence in the movement.
what i can do ?
Please help me !

Hi @andrea, could you take a picture of your tank, so we can help you check the cable.

And you need to make sure that there is a battery in the IR remote.

Then please upload the program again. You can follow the steps to install the Arduino and library. The program path is Documents\Arduino\libraries\makeblock\Makeblock_Robot_Starter_Kit DualMode_Starter
